Maraflex FX

Maraflex FX is suitable for printing on single and multi-layered identity cards such as club cards, bank cards, telephone cards, credit cards, or ID system cards. FX excels through particularly good laminating characteristics. FX can also be used in combination with other printing methods such as waterless or UV offset as well as subsequent processing methods like press finishing.

Ultradisc UVOD

UVOD may be used on all current known formats such as CD, CD-R/RW, DVD and DVD ± R/RW. The low radial deviation values also guarantee first-class results for future OD generations. It's first-rate properties such as very low radial deviation values together with very fast curing and the constant stable viscosity during printing make UVOD the ideal choice, especially when used in modern high-speed presses.

Ultrapack UVPK

Ultrapack UVPK is a one-component screen printing ink curing under UV-light, which has been developed for the particular requirements and different substrates of container printing.

Ultrapack UVPO

UVPO has been especially developed for direct container printing. It can be used both on single and multi-colour printing machines at a printing speed of up to 3200 bottles per hour for more detailed information, see chapter ’Curing’. UVPO is, therefore, extremely well suited for high-quality prints onto bottles, cans, tubes and beakers. For applications at higher printing speeds, e. g. when printing onto rigid tubes (e. g. silicone), it is necessary to use ink types with a higher reactivity such as UVPK

Ultrapack UVPOR

Ultrapack UVPOR is a press-ready UV-curable screen printing ink, which is best suited for being printed onto hollow parts, cups, tins, and tubes made of pre-treated PE and PP, PET, PETG, PVC, as well as PC and PA. UVPOR is high gloss with an excellent structured viscosity and a high opacity for printing onto colored substrates. Besides that, it has a very good product resistance

Ultraform UVFM

Ultraform UVFM is suitable for a very broad and universal spectrum of decorative and functional plastics. UVFM is very elastic, flexible and vacuum formable. Excellent adhesion on a very broad substrate range including PVC (self-adhesive foils as well as rigid and soft PVC), acrylics (PMMA), PETG, pretreated PP (as well as fluted material), polystyrene, polycarbonate, paper, and cardboard make Ultraform UVFM an extremely multipurpose ink system.

Ultraglass UVGO

Ultraglass UVGO has especially been developed to find new alternatives for the printing of non-returnable container glass. Besides that, this ink is best suited both for consumption glass such as ashtrays, vases, or bowls, as well as for float glass used for indoor applications like e. g. gambling machines, mirrors, furniture, or dividers. The ideal solution for costumer demands!
