Enthone SR1000 has outstanding adhesion to copper,
tin/lead solder, tin nickel, nickel, bright acid tin
and gold. This resist is formulated to withstand reflow,
wave or dip soldering and solder leveling by hot air,
hot oil or hydro-squeegee methods. SR1000 is a medium-viscosity
resist..
Enthone SR1010 is a higher viscosity version of
SR1000. The higher viscosity is achieved by 10%
addition of talc to the formulation. Because the
raw materials used in SR1010 are identical to SR1000;
curing procedures, adhesion physical properties
and electrical properties are the same or similar.
Enthone
SR1000/SR1010 and colors are available in 1-gallon
plastic containers. Color additions are packaged
in half-pint containers.
Enthone SR1020 solder resists are screen print-able,
high-solids, epoxy-based products. They are one
component resists, packaged ready-to-use with no
“catalyzed” pot life restrictions. These
solder resists cure to gloss finish and provide
an excellent base for the adhesion of legend inks
and conformal coatings.
Color
additives are available in half-pint containers.
SR1020/SR1021 solder resist are available in 1-gallon
plastic containers..
Enthone SR2020/ Catalyst HD5010 is a two-component,
epoxy-based solder resist. It is green in color
and has a flat finish when cured. Enthone’s
SR2020 is specifically designed to yield high-resolution
images using coarse screen mesh counts. Other features
include a 1:1 mix ratio, and low toxicity rapid
thermal cure by convection or infrared. Also SR2020
can withstand harsh acid and water-soluble fluxes
and flux-removers with minimal post-solder cleaning.
SR2020/Catalyst
HD5010 is available in gallon units consisting of
1-gallon SR2020 and 1-gallon Catalyst HD5010, or
2 total gallons of working product. The product
is packaged in polyethylene plastic pails.
