Enthone ER2005 is a medium-viscosity, alkaline-soluble, blue etching resist, which provides excellent image definitions using polyester mesh. Thixotropic properties allow use without thinning. ER2005 is formulated to withstand all common acidic etchants, specifically copper and ferric chloride.

Enthone PR3003 is a screen printable, alkaline-strippable, medium blue image resists. This medium-viscosity resists has exceptional thixotropic properties, which provides and maintain fine line definition.

Enthone PR3011 plating resist is screen print-able and alkaline strippable. The formula has high molecular weight resin chemistry providing exceptional printing, adhesion, flexibility and chemical resistance. This medium-viscosity black resist is highly thixotropic and provides fine-line definition. Enthone PR3011 may be used as plating resist or etch resist. As a plating resist, PR3011 provides excellent resistance to acidic solutions of copper, tin/lead solder, tin nickel, bright acid tin and gold. As an etch resist, PR3011 will withstand common acid copper etchants. For superior performance, pH level should be maintained below 8.0 throughout etching/plating. When thinned with ethyl alcohol, these resists may also be used for hole plugging.

Enthone PR4011 is a resin solution colored with a black dye. It has excellent definition and flow characteristics. It must be baked for best adhesion and resistance to plating solutions. A time temperature cycle of 30 minutes at 200°F is recommended. Unlike other plating resists, this comparatively high-baking temperature does not affect removability. PR4011 is primarily formulated as a plating resist, but it can also be used as an etch resist. As a plating resist it provides adhesion and resistance to gold (both acid and cyanide), copper (sulfate, pyrophosphate and fluoborate), tin, nickel and solder plating baths. As an etching resist, it will withstand common enchants for copper and aluminum. PR4011 is solvent soluble.

Enthone PR5050 is a medium blue, alkaline-soluble plating resist. It is specially formulated to combine the exceptional toughness of PR3003 and the excellent printing characteristic of PR3013. Enthone PR5050 may be used as plating resist or etch resist. As a plating resist, PR5050 provides excellent resistance to acidic solutions of copper, tin/lead solder, tin nickel, bright acid tin and gold. As a resist, PR5050 will withstand common acid copper etchants. For superior performance, pH levels should be maintained below 7.5 throughout plating/etching.
