CERAMIC is SaatiChem’s response to the demanding requirements of direct screen-printing on ceramic tiles. The CERAMIC family of direct emulsions is specially formulated to withstand the severe impacts characteristic of this process. CERAMIC high quality emulsions produce stencils with outstanding mechanical resistance and durability when printing with abrasive ceramic inks. The CERAMIC line includes triple-cure emulsion for waterproof permanent stencils, dual-cure for high definition, low Rz stencils, and photopolymer emulsions for producing very thick stencils.
