DIRECT PREP mesh pretreatments are specially designed to clean and prepare you screen mesh surface. They improve film lamination and the coating and bonding of direct emulsions and stencil films, resulting in optimum stencil performance and durability. The range includes products that go beyond conventional degreasers and actually treat the fabric surface with a wetting agent—making the screen more “wet-able” than an untreated or simply degreased screen. Screens treated with the wetting agent will hold an unbroken sheet of water on their surface when rinsing for completely uniform stencil adhesion.
